First of all, we hope you, your team and relatives are doing well.
We are reviewing the Coronavirus pandemic as this fast unfolds.
Following the latest advice from the UK Government and the recommendation to avoid all but essential meetings and travel. We are following the Government guidelines; promoting and encouraging good hygiene practices across the business. Our staff are practicing social distancing: we have taken the decision to suspend the movements of our entire Sales Team with immediate effect as well as requested our office team to work remotely where possible. Our showroom and office are therefore closed to outside visit and collection. We will be contactable as usual, by mobile phone and email. We will be on hand to assist wherever necessary. Our general phone line might not be reachable at time: so please do email.
Please be assured that we will do our very best to operate as normal during this really challenging time: in respect of stocks, service, deliveries and Head Office administration. Our stock levels and supply chain remain healthy on most lines. However, we are experiencing delay with incoming deliveries from abroad as factories have now closed in Europe and UK partners are facing difficulties operating.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support. We would also like to reiterate that we will do all that we can to support our customers throughout this difficult time.
