Cancellations & Returns
You may cancel the order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 7 days.
Notification of damaged goods.
You must inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days if the Goods are damaged. Photographic proof may be required. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods must be returned by you to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery, in the original package. You shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (excluding delivery costs).
You have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing us by emailing email@example.com within 14 working days of receipt of the Goods. This applies to all of our series excluding Baron.
Goods must be returned at your own expense within 14 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately packed and insured during the return journey. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (excluding delivery charges, and return postal charges, if any).
Goods to be returned to us must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package and be correctly packed and labelled as 'FRAGILE' before they are sent back.
